Sally was professional but at the same time very approachable and efficient. We could contact her at any time and her attention to detail was excellent and her suggestions were valued. She turned what could have been a worrying day into a very smooth run ceremony. Sally read the eulogy on our behalf and really understood how we wanted it to come across. She managed to guide us through a very difficult time.
