During a specific song or reading, the Bride and Groom each add the soil to the potted tree or plant. The couple can water the plant together as well at this point.
After the ceremony the potted plant is transplanted to the newlywed’s home to symbolise putting down roots and longevity and strength within this marriage.
Any ceremonies within a ceremony e.g. sand ceremony, unity candle, ring warming, etc., will accrue an additional cost that is agreed with each client on an individual basis.
