Sally gave us plenty of time to discuss firstly in the initial meeting and then again via email and follow up phone calls.
Sally listened plus, suggestions were made about things I would not even have considered such as coloured ties in my mother in law’s favourite colour and her dogs at the service.
Everything was carried out in a sensitive, caring yet professional manner.
Everything was very respectful and dignified but personal.
I would recommend Sally’s services to other people 100%
I would like to thank Sally for the sensitivity showed when we met for the first time and discussed Sheila. You allowed me time to talk about Sheila, and in doing so discovered things about her that meant we could personalise the service. I could not have asked for better service.
