Plenty of time was given to arrange the burial of my dad.
I was Happy with the whole process. Plenty of emails and phone calls. No meeting as I was away for a few days before the funeral. Sally looked great, very smart. She was very clear and heard by all. We would definitely recommend her. My family thought she were very caring and respectful.
We all thought your words Sally were sincere and well put together mentioning everything about Dad he would have liked it too. You also took your time to go and check the grave the next day ! You were not distant and made me feel at ease and relaxed. I thank you most sincerely for that.
