When planning the celebration of life ceremony that we had at the Bluebell Crematorium, I felt relaxed and that Sally had time for me to explain and guide me through the process. I felt that Sally put my mind at ease. Sally was appropriately dressed for the ceremony and her voice carried well so that everyone could hear clearly.
