Sally was very accommodating to me having to Video Link when the family met her.
All our thoughts were listened to and helpful suggestions from Sally to guide us through the day. Sally was very empathetic to our feelings.
All the pre ceremony communication went well, and good follow up and support on emails, again guiding us through timings etc
Sally was very appropriately dressed on the day, she made everyone feel welcome, also great on managing the time.
I would recommend Sally , if I lived in the area of Surrey.
